Explosion Takes 3 Law Enforcement Officers Amid Eviction Procedure in Northern Italy

Three members of law enforcement were killed and more than a dozen people got wounded in a seemingly premeditated gas explosion at a rural property in northern Italy.

The detonation occurred as officers and emergency crews approached the property close to the city of Verona to carry out an removal notice for two brothers and a sister who were older adults.

All three officers killed were members of the Carabinieri military police.

Investigation Developments
